WILLIE MAZU is located on the highlands of Bocas del Toro exactly on 68.7 Km from the Chiriquí-Bocas Panamerican highway.
The Ranch offers a natural ambiance where the cool climate of the cloud forest is a complement of attractions for nature lovers that grow day by day. You will enjoy the beuty of the exotic plants and birds along the trails as well as, the cascades and natural whirlpools of the various streams.
ACCOMMODATION: separate bohio rooms and tents available, restrooms with hot water(shared), we also provide linnens, blankets and towels.
FOOD: According to the culture of Panama such as local fish, beans, rice, plantains, fruit, etc. as well as, options for vegetarians.
LOCATION: Willie Mazu is located 25 minutes from Chiriqui Grande and approx. 1 hour from Changuinola. You may visit Bastimentos National Park and snorkel in the surrounding islands of Bocas del Toro.
TRANSPORTATION: Buses leave from David's bus terminal every 30 min. Look for the buses going to Changuinola or Chiriqui Grande. Ask the bus driver to leave you at "willie mazoo" many already know the stop. The fare is around $5.00 from David one way. From Changuinola you will take the bus going to David.
For entering and using the facilities we ask for a US$8.00 per person donation. (Please have exact change.) This includes the usage of trails, picnic area and restroom facilities.
